Megha D. Kadam is a Consultant Neonatologist and Paediatrician at SPARSH Hospital, Hennur Road, Bengaluru. She is experienced in neonatal intensive care, management of premature and critically ill newborns, and routine paediatric care. Her work focuses on early intervention, family-centred neonatal care and long-term developmental monitoring. She collaborates closely with obstetric teams to ensure continuity of care from birth onwards.
