Dr. Aruna Kalra is a Senior Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at CK Birla Hospital, Gurugram, with over eighteen years of dedicated experience in women’s healthcare. She obtained her MBBS and MD in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from a premier medical college, followed by fellowship training in maternal–foetal medicine. Dr. Kalra specialises in managing high-risk pregnancies—such as those complicated by preeclampsia, gestational diabetes and multiple gestations—through intensive antenatal monitoring, ultrasound assessments and tailored care plans. She is a strong advocate for normal vaginal delivery and employs evidence-based labour protocols to increase vaginal birth rates while minimising unnecessary surgical interventions.
