Dr. Mitul Gupta is a Senior Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with more than a decade of experience dedicated to women’s reproductive care. He completed his MBBS and MD in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and further honed his skills in minimally invasive gynaecological surgery through fellowship training. Dr. Gupta excels in managing high-risk pregnancies—such as preeclampsia, placenta praevia and foetal growth restriction—using comprehensive antenatal surveillance and customised management plans. His obstetric services include detailed foetal growth monitoring, non-stress tests and collaboration with maternal–foetal medicine specialists to optimise outcomes.
On the gynaecology front, Dr. Gupta diagnoses and treats menstrual disorders, pelvic pain and infertility. He performs laparoscopic procedures—such as hysterectomy, myomectomy and endometriosis excision—employing advanced energy platforms that reduce blood loss and minimise postoperative discomfort. He also provides fertility counselling, coordinating investigations like hysterosalpingography and ovulation induction, and referring to reproductive endocrinologists for IVF when necessary. Dr. Gupta is known for his compassionate communication, ensuring patients and their families fully understand diagnoses and treatment pathways.
