Dr. Mohammad Furqan, BHMS, MD (Homoeopathic Materia Medica), PhD Research Fellow,<br>is a senior homoeopathic physician, academician, researcher, and medical writer with more<br>than 20 years of experience in clinical practice, teaching, and healthcare administration.<br>He completed his Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) and Doctor of<br>Medicine (MD) in Homoeopathic Materia Medica from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar<br>Marathwada University (Dr. BAMU), Aurangabad. He also holds a Diploma in Hospital<br>Management and Administration, reflecting his interest in healthcare management and<br>institutional leadership.<br><br>Dr. Furqan has served as Professor, Head of Department, and Dean in homoeopathic<br>medical institutions in Maharashtra, where he has played an active role in academic<br>leadership, postgraduate teaching, and regulatory coordination with the Maharashtra<br>University of Health Sciences (MUHS) and AYUSH authorities.<br><br>He is currently working as a PG and PhD in charge at Gurumishri Homoeopathic Medical<br>College, Shelgaon, Jalna, Maharashtra, where he is responsible for coordinating<br>postgraduate and doctoral academic activities, guiding research initiatives, and supporting<br>advanced homoeopathic education.<br><br>During his academic career, he has mentored numerous postgraduate students and<br>contributed to strengthening homoeopathic education.
