Her clinical interests cover a wide range of gynaecological and obstetric conditions, including PCOS, endometriosis and high-risk pregnancies. Dr Negi manages pregnancies complicated by hypertensive disorders, thyroid dysfunction and antepartum haemorrhage using state-of-the-art foetal monitoring and evidence-based interventions. In assisted reproduction, she offers IUI, IVF and fertility preservation techniques—like oocyte and embryo freezing—for oncology patients and those delaying childbearing. Her compassionate, patient-centred care emphasises preoperative counselling, postoperative rehabilitation and long-term follow-up to ensure optimal outcomes. Dr Negi has authored numerous publications in gynaecologic minimally invasive surgery and serves as a faculty member at national conferences.
